Hi I dont think modular is supported any more could be wrong, thought they stopped it at SXI13 on 65s

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/12_2sx/12_2sxi/12_2_33_sxi3_newfeatlist.html

Modular IOS is a version of Cisco IOS that employs a modern UNIX-based kernel to overcome some of the limitations of IOS. Additional to this is the ability to perform patching of processes without rebooting the device and in service upgrades.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for the information and sorry for late reply. I am planning to do IOS upgrade for the 6509 switch with Supervisor Engine 32 and the most current IOS was above but with two option of Modular and non-modular. I tried to check supervisor engine 720 and I dont see modular IOS and this confirm you are correct about modular being not supported.
