IP SLA - IcmpEcho on Cisco Routers

Can someone please tell me if we have any option to change the no of IcmpEcho packets from 1 (bydefault) to 5 ? I configured the IP SLA IcmpEcho as below and i noticed it uses 1 ping and i want to increase the ping to 5 without reducing the frequency.

ip sla 100
icmp-echo X.X.X.X source-interface <>
frequency 30
ip sla schedule 100 life forever start-time now
!
track 100 ip sla 100
delay down 16 up 31

I know that frequency is used to repeats the SLA operation at configured time. I tested it with freq 5, timeout/threshold 3000ms but noticed high CPU and IPSLA is always on the top of the list. Hence, looking forward to increase the no of packets.
