IP Traffic Export in IOS XE Gibraltar 16.12.x

Hello,
I have the old router with IOS Version 15.7(3)M5. Now I have to replace the old router with a new one. 

I upgraded IOS in the new router to  Version 16.12.05. 

the old router have next commands:

ip traffic-export profile test1 mode capture
bidirectional
incoming access-list 1
outgoing access-list 1
!
ip traffic-export profile test2 mode capture
bidirectional

This commands use to Creates an IP traffic export or IP traffic capture profile on an ingress interface.

Now I can't  configurate IP traffic capture profile and I can't find how to do it. 

Can you help me?

3. monitor capture capture-name limit duration seconds
4. monitor capture capture-name interface interface-name both
5. monitor capture capture-name buffer circular size bytes
6. monitor capture capture-name start
7. monitor capture capture-name export file-location/file-name
8. monitor capture capture-name stop
9. end
