IPV6 on vlans do not working

Hi I have a problem I want my vlans from ipv4 ipv6 to configure but that would not work so that each device receives an ipv6 how can you do that?

If your software support it, you can assign IPv6 address to SVIs

see example:

interface Vlan1

ip address 192.168.1.10 255.255.255.0

ipv6 address 2001:1::/64 eui-64

end

I just looked at the PC and there is on temporary ipv6 address is that normal?
