I found a 4 years old discussion (https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11380726/can-2960-8tc-s-do-standard-q-q-8021ad) about the 2960 and 802.1ad, but nothing about the newer 2960-X and 802.1ad. There is also no clue about 802.1ad in the datasheet of the 2960-X (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-2960-x-series-switches/data_sheet_c78-728232.pdf). Is there some kind of premium license which unlocks this feature on the 2960X?
