Issues in resetting IR 829

Hi,

I am running Version 15.5(3)M and could not reset the AP.

Tried the steps recommended in documentation (pressing the reset button for 10 seconds while it is powered on).

Every time, I try this, could see the IR 829 loading with its previous configuration.

Had followed the setps in above community link, but none has helped. 

Please find attachment as the console logs, that I see when the AP is "attempted" to reset but comes up back with its previous configuration.

Hello,

according to the document, you have to press the button for 30 seconds until the PoE light comes on. This should reset the device to factory settings.

Also, try erasing all files in NVRAM with the 'clear start' command...
