what sup card ? I see the switch up for 47weeks, worth reloading and testing it.

if not look for any stable IOS - in the maintenance window and upgrade.

As suggested, try reloading and observing the outcome.

still an issue, worth upgrading to IOX XE 3.10 or above.

Upgrade guidelines: make sure you read the release notes and understand the caveats, offload the config out of the box. do upgrade in a maintenance window, with a backout plan.

Do you cisco support contract?

what is the version IOS code running, Looks some bug:

post below informaiton :

show version
show processes cpu history
show prcoess cpu sort | ex 0.0
show platform health | exc 0.0
show platform cpu packet statistics
show platform hardware acl input entry static
show process cpu sorted detail
show processes cpu detailed process iosd sorted
show platform cpu packet buffered
show ip traffic

also worth doing below steps :

1. check the latest IOS Available upgrade and test it.

2. if the kit running long uptime try to reload the kit and test it.
