Italian summer-time on 3172tq switch

Hi,

I am trying to setup ntp and summer-time on my 3172-tq switch with NX-OS 9.3.7a

I already setup ntp and timezone for Italy (CET 1 0), but do not see how to prpoperly setup summer-time.

We change the daylight saving time on last sunday (march, october) of the month.

Should I set it to "4 sunday march 02:00 4 sunday october 03:00" to get the fourth sunday of the month?

What if, like 2022, october has 5 sundays?
