Hi Jan,
Kron [Command Schedular] feature is not supported on switches.
Check the feature Navigator -
http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN
"kron policy-list list-name" Command was introduced in 12.3.1 IOS -

Jan,
You can use EEM insteak of Kron policy to achieve the same. Please have your 3750 to be upgraded to the latest IOS and then download the EEM script for doing the automatic backup of the config.
Link for downloading the EEM Script.
HTH,Please rate if it does.

Hi All,
Kron is supported in fixed units. I just did a recreation in 3560, 3750 and 2960 running 12.2(50) and it worked by creating a back up of the show run in a tftp server.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1835/products_tech_note09186a008020260d.shtml#ab
Cisco Feature Navigator mentions this is not supported but it worked for me. Be clear it mentions it does not support interactive commands; however, I am currently testing that.
