L2 Protocol Tunneling implications with LLDP,STP

Hi There..

I would like to know how will L2P tunneling effect LLDP and STP with my clients network. The is about 28 sites that he want to coonect to our backbone fiber network. Will his LLDP layout of the switches be the same or not. They are currently running an ring topology network daisy chained together. Will the LLDP protocol discover the next neighbor switch on his network or will it discover all the clients switches in an mesh topology?

And how will the STP work or affect their network?

it is possible to tunnel LLDP PDUs adn stp bpdus using l2pt, however it depends on the platform and the version of IOS in use. what is the platform and the IOS code ?
