LACP using 2x 10G ports not showing 20G?

I currently have etherchannel configured to 2x 10g ports.

Your description is 'LACP...' yet you are using PagP.  Issue below commands on both physical interfaces.  Does this change the speed of the port-channel?

Oops you are right the configuration is in PagP. However I have another port channel from the 7706 to Fabric Interconnect which is configured as LACP that is still operating on 10G.

Looks normal to me , you have a link in your port channel down.
