I don't believe the 2960 series switches are end of life yet. As soon as they become end of sale the end of support is five years from that date. You can check out the end of life policy and even sign up to be notified when your product is on the list.
Last date of support is covered with the EoL (End of Life) announcements.
As far as i know the 2960 has not been declared EoS/EoL as yet so there won't be a last date of support.
