We are going on 5 years with our network and it looks like most of devices will be reaching their end of life according to Cisco.
I have eight 2960 switches. How many more years of service can I expect to get out of these switches before they physically fail?
Thank you.

You mean before they physically fail? If so, I've seen older Cisco devices run for as much as 15 to 20 years w/o failure.

yes sir. Physically fail. 15-20 years would be awesome! Not to mention save me some money :)

And even if they fail sooner, they'll probably cost peanuts to replace...

Yea, although also keep in mind software fixes/upgrades often expire long before the device physically does.
