Liin VRF on 4500E - IOS XE 3.4

Dear all,

I've seen on my 4500X/4506E with SUP7E and IOS XE 3.4 that there is new preconfigured VRF named LIIN (Linux-IOS Internal Network)....

What's is the purpose of this VRF???

Has someone already used this special VRF? Is it configurable or used by the IOS XE process internally???

Hi,

That is just an Internal VRF interface and is not configurable.

Hi,

This line doesn't appear in the startup-config, as the startup and the running are not ientical  I have an issue with my backup tool.

My question is : is it possible and whitout risk to delete this line ?
