Hi Folks

How to limit the download for the LAN Users to just 50 Kbps ,i habe 10 vlan on 4507-E

50Kbps per port or Per IP address coming from the ports?

i need it peer subnet with the excemption of some users,coz now users do heavy download (Movies)

You are going to need special equipment to do this can of task. With
Cisco you are able to do QoS, class-maps, classification of traffic, marking of traffic, BUT not to this point of limiting a specif group or one user to x amount of bandwidth.

We use PacketShaper or Allot and it's awesome. I highly recommend it.
