Line card and transceiver warranty

If we purchase a line card only, let say C9400-LC-24XS=, how we can purchase the warranty?

Also does Cisco also provide warranty for transceiver? 

Both item dont have warranty option in CCW

You don't. 

The warranty for the line cards and/or the optical transceiver is tied to the chassis.
