Hi Guys,

My Network is composed of :

1 stack of C9500 (Core) in the server room

1 stack of C9300 (distribution) in the server room

2 stacks of C9300 (distribution) on another room

The link between the C9500 and the C9300(the one in the server room) is up

The other links between C9500 and 2 stacks of C9300 (another room) is down

The optical cables are 100% fine .I have done all the possible tests but still the link won't come up.

The software version of C9300 and C9500 is : 17.06.05

Please help

Hi

You have a physical problem as your interface is 'notconnect'.

Do  a simple test, from the distribution side, disconnect the fiber cord, look into the connect and try to see the red light. If you do see, pay attention in which side of the connector it comes.

Then, look on the Distribution switch SFP and see if you see the red light and which side of the SFP. This can be a simple twisted fiber cable.

You need to have RX with TX and vice versa.

sorry I have little info.
I think this LC need FEC.
