Hi Rustom,

Please perform the below checks to identify the root cause.

1) From 3750 try connecting a desktop/laptop directly and see the links coming up.

2) Please verify the T - connector which is used is a compatible one.

3) Please check with different speed settings i.e. auto - auto / speed 100 - duplex full.

4) try with the different cable. i.e. another cross cable & straight cable.

These tests will solve your issues or you will come to know the root cause.

Please do rate for the helpful posts.

What is the status of the interfaces on the devices?

Do a show interface and check status.

You can also do a show ip interface brief.

It is possible that the interfaces are admin down, which is typically the default.

What kind of cable?

If you are using GLC-T, this means MDI/MDI-X is disabled, therefore you need a CROSSOVER cable.
