Logging on 6509 console

I would like to have a view, on my console, of debugging messages when testing new 6509 configuration.

I executed:

logging console debbuging

show logging system

really crazy

Is there a less stupid way of having contolled log on console ?

Rosa-

Debug to the console can greatly affect the performance of your switch as you've found out. I would suggest setting the console to Informational and sending debug to a syslog server.
