Logging switch 3850 console input failed

Hi, in the wekeend i had an issue i dont know why my user stop working via ssh, i cant loggin into itit said me authentication failed via syslog message, i can login from web to the switch, and via cli but only once and after i login the input stop working i can see the syslog message but i cant write any command, i check the console cable and the software and everything it ok.

This switch is my wireless controller to and via web the administration and configuration sections dissapear.

I hope somebody cant help me.

Hi,

Make sure debugging is not turned on the switch. After login try this command "undebug all".

And see if you can enter any command after that.

I already check it , and all debug is turned off. :(
