logs time incoreect

in our c3850 switch logs time is different from our local time. i have already set the timestamp service date time local but is not working. my current time is 11.22 and use timezon utc 5 30

Do you have NTP configured on your switch ? Post the full config, as well as the output of 'show clock'...

It is a best practice to setup an NTP server to synchronize time across all devices as well.
