I have a stack of two C9300-48P. If one of the redundant power supply loses power, will the switch continue to function at full capacity?

Since both PSUs are 715WAC, you should have no issues when one of them fails.

Depends on the size of each of the PS.

The "minimum" requirement for each switch is about 375wac.  When I say minimum, I mean ONLY the switch and PoE is not even in consideration.

Yes as long as both power supplies are good and working properly.

The default power supply for that switch is 715WAC. So, as long as the second power supply is also 715WAC, you should be fine.

See table-3 in this link:

Thanks for everyone's input. Both ps on the switch are 715W so I should be safe to have one of them down.
