Lost connection catalyst 2950

Any body who knows if a update of Image from 12.1.13-AE1 to 12.2.22-AE could solve a problem with lost connection for some workstations.

Hi,

you say that your losing the connection for some workstation, but tell what exactely the problem is? was the port completely getting disabled? (in this case the ports gets disabled automatically)if so port might be receiving erros from the host(might be NIC card problem or the UTP cables) check that 1st. so please lemme in ur scenario.

I fact it is related to an application, that don?t accept any wait time on the LAN. So what i ment was if der is a change in the new Image. It work OK on cat3500 and other newer switch. The reson why I havened updated yet is the amount of switch?s.

The problem is only on cat 2950
