we had a wireless device send out a multicast broadcast storm. we found the device with prime and removed. We removed the device but we still see the mac address of the device on the poe switches in the network. any ideas of where they might be getting this "ghost" mac address?

you can use command

#clear mac address-table dynamic

Check if there are any static mac address configured or any sticky mac configuration present.

Try this command as stated by other engineer.(#clear mac address-table dynamic)

Tried that and confirmed no sticky mac configuration present. Have created a static mac-address rule to drop packets but can't do for all switches as we have some 2950's still in commision.
