Does switch has its own mac address. which command can be used to see it ?

Yes, each interface will have an address (bia) and can be obtained from the "show interface" command:
Hardware is Gigabit Ethernet, address is 74a2.e63b.7681 (bia 74a2.e63b.7681)
The switch also has addresses that can be viewed with the "show mac address-table" command:

when issuing the command " show spanning-tree " it shows a particular mac address. what is it ? is it the ip of any interface ?

No, that is the Bridge ID which should also be obtainable from the "show version" command.
