MACFLAP errors with singly connected devices. Since 12.2(55)SE1 upgrade

Datacenter Catalyst 2960, mostly connecting ILO ports on servers.

No issues for a year while running IOS c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-52.SE

Upgraded to c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-55.SE1

And immediately started having intermitten communication to the host devices, and MACFLAP log entries building like the following.

000054: Jun  7 09:39:15.617: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 001e.0bbc.0720 in vlan 30 is flapping between port Po1 and port Fa0/3

Fa0/3 connects to an ILO module on an HP C-Class server enclosure. It has 6 to 10 Mac addresses, but is singly linked.

The flapping does not occur long enough for me to do 'sh mac address-table' and track down where its detecting the Mac address.

Have seen this error before and resolved, but it as always been a server with incorrect NIC Team settings. This is definately singly linked.

Hoping to not have to rollback code, as it is our standard on all 6 Catalysts in our datacenter, and 200+ access layer edge switches.

Any ideas?

I haven't been able to find any bug notes, etc.
