what is the upgrade path or minimum bootloader version to upgrade cisco 3750x from 12.2.58.SE2 to 15.0.2.SE10a

Hi,

To upgrade the IOS, you don't need to necessarily upgrade bootloader. With some versions of IOS, when you upgrade the IOS, it will also upgrade the bootloader.

Just make sure you meet the memory and flash requirement for the new version.  Also, read the release notes carefully before upgrading.
