Missing Recovery Image on Cisco 3850 switch

I have a Cisco WS-C3850-24P-S switch which is missing recovery image (c3850-recovery.bin) on the recovery partition sda9. The recovery partition is a read-only partition. Is there anyway to copy c3850-recovery.bin to sda9. ?
