Mix-n-Match Port speeds on C9600-LC-24C

I've been trying to determine if the C9600-LC-24C will allow a mix of 40G ports and 100G ports.

The Odd ports (top row) and be enabled with [interface hundred1/0/25 > enable]. This disables forty1/0/1 and forty1/0/2.

If I only want the one 100G port, and the other 22 x 40G ports, is this supported? Or do I need to have all ports on the card operating at the same speed? 24x40G, or 12x100G?

Using a SUP-1 in a 9606.

Reading the datasheet using sup-1, you can use either 40 or 100 and not both at the same time. On the other hand, Sup-2 provides both speeds. You may want to confirm this with your Cisco SE or sales rep.

Paired with C9600-SUP-1, this line card provides up to 24 ports of 40 GE or 12 ports of 100 GE nonblocking.

Correct, I read through the data sheet many times and it does say OR. However, the enable portion is done individually, not as a group/whole.

In practice, I can mix-and-match port speeds; but I am concerned about down the road if it is officially supported.
