MS NLB and C2960s

Hi everybody

I try to configure an C2960s STACK for MS NLB Multicast IGMP support, without success.

This stack is in front of 3 TSE Windows 2003 server.

After I added these commands, servers was not accessible.

arp 10.10.10.1 0100.5e7f.8003

mac-adress-table static 0100.5e7f.8003 vlan 2 interface gi1/0/10 gi/1/0/12 gi/1/0/14

C2960s is in 12.2.55.SE IOS version.

Eric,

Is your gateway for Vlan 2 on the 2960?

The static ARP needs to be on the gateway for the VLAN.   ie.  Most of the time this is .1

So, if you have another device, that is the default gateway, then the static ARP needs to be placed there.

Indeed the gateway of the vlan 2 is on another equipement. A switch Layer 3 Alcatel.
