Hello,
I have inherited a client whose MWI stopped working a few months ago for one user only. They don't know why or what changed on the system. Snippets of the configuration for the user is attached. I'll gladly provide any other parts of the config or debugs as needed. The user's extension 1011 which is not set up for VM. The user's other extension 4471 is set up for VM. Resetting MWI for the user in CUE for both extensions did not fix the problem. The user's extension 4471 is forwarded to a hunt group 2035. (Could this affect MWI?)
Is there any debug I can use to troubleshoot this issue? Any ideas what could be the problem?

Also... the user gets busy signal when dialing the MWI numbers.
