Please check your internal/external flash drives for the correct IOS image
and issue 'reset' at the rommon> prompt to re-try the boot process.

The IOS is corrupt.

System Bootstrap, Version 12.4(13r)T8, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Where did you get this ROMmon version?  I've never seen this before and it's not in the Cisco Download Centre.

Re: My cisco 1841 router can't start

Check if you have got other IOS file on your flash drive,

ROMMON> dir flash:

If so try to boot your router from the other file

boot flash:/file2.bin

If not you have to copy a new IOS image with tftp from ROMMON.
