Need Cisco Devices Suggestion for Designing and Installation of Network

Hi !!
We need to design and install a network. Below are the details of Network.

Internet link of 200 Mbps in OFC. And there will be around 300 users under the network architechture.

Devices Required;

1. Firewall - Here we will do NAT overloading and Static/Default routing.

2. Router - For routing

3. L3 Switch for Intervlan routing.

4. L2 Switch for Access Switch.

Network Diagram;

Internet-->Firewall-->Router-->L3 Switch-->L2 Switch-->Users

Connection between L3 Switch and L2 Switch will contain two OFC links. Here we will require etherchannel.

Also what I think is that we don't require Router I guess. Please put light on this.

Here can you please suggests which devices will good fit for my network;

Firewall - ASA Series

Router - ISR 4000 Series

L3 Switch - Please suggest one

L2 Switch - Catalyst 2960 Series

for the Inter-Vlan routing you can use either the L3 switch or the router, both seem overkill. What is your budget ?

Because budget is tight we are going with the following;

1. Firewall - ASA 5516-X (without Firepower)

2. L3 Switch - C3850

3. L2 Switch - C2960

A few questions I would like to ask

Is ASA without Firepower is good move.

For L3 Switch, we need 4 to 6 SFP Ports with 24 ethernet ports as we will connect with OFC and Cat6. Please suggest a model. I can't find one

For C2960 which model you suggest with low cost.
