need help i am configuring cisco 4507 series switch, i make two vlan name 50 and 51 ,i am having a stand alone dhcp server -192.168.50.2,how can

continue

how can now configure dhcp server on core such that when request come to core it should tranfer to dhcp server from any of tc he two vlan ,is there any extra command which we need to congfigure on core switch to request dhcp server for ip add,please some one help me.

Go to each interface of VLAN

(config)# int vlan 50

(config-if)#ip helper-address 192.168.50.2

thnks for help but i have one doubt my network scenario is some what like this

i have 1 core 4507 and 4 layer 2 switch , each of four uplink from each switch is moving toward core switch , this uplinks are made as ether channel.

MY DHCP SERVER is connected  on my L2 switch and i am having my svi vlan configure on my CORE SWITCH , that is vlan 50 and 51

so core switch is this possible if just i give on ip helper-address in the svi and the pc on the layer 2 switch get ip add from the server and or i need to connect dhcp server in the core switch i have this doubt can any one help me please

clients should be able to reach the dhcp server if its connected to the L2 switch , same for the servers
