Need Help putting an ISO on a 2800 seriers router

A desktop and a console cable along with some Ehternet Cables to connect things up if needed.

Software:

     SolarWinds TFTP Server (got something better that you have used and can better explain, let me know)

     PuTTY

Im having trouble with all the "Install ISO via rommon" guides im finding on google so I have come here to the one place where I hope somebody can help. I keep having issues with IP addresses.

Can somebody tell me Step by Step on how to do this via romon becuase I have never done this before including where all where all ethernet connections go as I may have it hooked up wrong(Every step, not one single thing left out)

This router has no ISO on it what so ever it has been wiped(intentionaly).

Do you have a multi-card reader?

Power down the router and eject the CF.  Copy the IOS from your client to the CF.
