need IOS image

I bought a 2610 router on e-bay. The router needs an IOS image loaded. this? When I go to the download page it says I dont have a valid permission, or I need a special access code.Am I going to have to pay for this?

You cannot download CCO software without a CCO user ID which has rights to download software. Also, since you bought this router on the grey market, the following page should help
