as long i understand netflow lite collects sampled traffic

ip flow monitor MyFlow_monitor input

vs

ip flow monitor MyFlow_monitor sampler xy input

what's the difference between the 2? is a default sampler used in the first version?

which supports full netflow (as fare i am aware)

ip flow monitor MyFlow_monitor input

this should collect every flow?! (no sampling)

your command will give flows related to input traffic of applied interface.

my confusion is the netflow lite should work on sampled flows

ip flow monitor MyFlow_monitor sampler xy input

but the device also accepts 

ip flow monitor MyFlow_monitor input

which for my understanding it should not but it does
