Nexus 7000-LACP-Port in Suspended State

I connected two Nexus 7K switches.In switch-1 two ports and Switch-2 two ports are bundled by LACP.

When I am applying that LACP in ports, one of that port is going to suspended State.

Please give a suggestion to solve this.

 - Issue show logging on your switch just after the LACP-connection(s) have been made ; you may find addtitional info. Plus configure a syslog-server for your switch to have permanent logging of info and or error messages.

As suggested you need to post the log messages and also configuration of PO and interface.
