Nexus 7010 module Failure

I'm currently getting a Nexus hardware failure at present.

switch %MODULE-2-MOD_DIAG_FAIL: Module 8 reported failure due to DEVICE POST/DIAG FAILURE in device 48

any ideas how I can resolve this?.
