Hi,
It does support vPC
from the data sheet:
Virtual Port-Channel (vPC) technology provides Layer 2 multipathing through the elimination of Spanning Tree Protocol. It also enables fully utilized bisectional bandwidth and simplified Layer 2 logical topologies without the need to change the existing management and deployment models.

I think you mean EVPC, where you can connect FEX to a pair of parent switches AND still connect hosts with virtual port-channel across a pair of FEX's. That feature is only supported on Nexus 5K/6K.
You can connect a FEX to a pair of parent switches on Nexus 7000, but only with hosts connecting to a single FEX (no host-facing VPC). I believe this feature is roadmapped for the N9K, but it's not available in current SW.
Today, each FEX must be single-homed to a single N9K.
