New to reception work . Was in Human services for years . Just need a little help in Cisco switch boards every now and then .
how so I turn on and off night switch

Switches (unlike routes) generally do not have an "off" switch. You just have to unplug it or kill the power.
Also it is not common practice to shut off network gear unless for special circumstances.
