no console on 4507R-E but error

I am trying to do a freash installation of 4507R-E and when I try to access via console I dont see any rommon promt .

I get the following error

kindly help this is critical as we are going live in few days.

Hi Ambuj,

Vector=00000100 - that this is a machine check interrupt which most likely is caused by instruction/data corruption (hardware or memory subsystem failure)

Most likely this your switch is experiencing multi-bit parity error. These errors are in the SDRAM and must result in a hardware replacement
