No sessions match supplied criteria

I have a printer, when I had ISE monitoring Configuration on the switchport and looking for access-session I had a message "NO sessions match supplied criteria." I had the same printer on the different switch port shows the access-session. 

Switch - 3850

OS Version - Denali 16.3.6

The moment I turn on dot1x on the GUI of the printer, I end up losing connectivity to the printer (ping starts to drop) and also on the switch get the "No sessions match supplied criteria".

Were you able to resolve this issue? 
Any pointers would be highly appreciated
