No snmp trap for RPS failure events

Hi, mates!

Please help me to understand such situation. Today I've noticed several syslog-messages "PLATFORM_ENV-2-RPS-THERMAL_WARNING" in my syslog-collector sended from Catalyst 3750 switch with RPS device. Actually temperature in server room was high because of air-conditioner failure. The main monitoring system in my organization is the SNMP-based HP NNM. I watched last snmp-traps received by NNM and couldn't find anything about mentioned SYSLOG event. Switch configuration contains entries about sending snmp-traps when temperature events occur:

snmp-server enable traps envmon fan shutdown supply temperature status

Why did I not receive snmp-traps about RPS failure event? Of course maybe something wrong with NNM configuration. But I suspect that for some events switch doesn't send traps. Am I right? If yes, can I change such behavior (maybe add some snmp-server configuration string or change some oid values)?

Thank you very much.

P.S. Sorry for my mistaken english.
