Noisy SMPS in a WS-C2960C-12PC-L

Hello everyone, I've got a question about power supply noise caused by this device, supposed to be ... silent ;-)

When powered, the SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) is very audible, exhibiting a random noise (like arcing). This is my first PoE compact switch, and I'm a bit surprised to hear such noise when all others compact devices (WS-C2960CG) remain absolutely silent.

Please note that there is no load connected, that may be the cause of the noise (I suspect pulse benching).

If someone among you has already deployed these specific devices (2960C-12PC) thanks to give me your feedback about noise.

Hi -

Open TAC case to get hardware replaced.  I have several of these and cannot hear them over ambient office noise (AC, casual conversation, etc...).
