Not able to authenticate to Windows AD

I am not able to authenticate to Windows AD on the network.

Users are in Vlan 132

Server is in Vlan 128

Both the Vlans are configured on the 3850 Switch, inter-vlan routing is enabled.

3850 Switch is connected to 3750 Switch (Trunk ports). 3850 Switch VTP is Server mode and 3750 is in transparent mode.

I connected my laptop on the 3750 Switch port, configured as access port, portfast is enabled.

I can ping server without any problem, but not able to login in.

Hi,

If the 3750 is in Transparent mode from the beginning, it will not learn the vlans. Also, there could be an access-list which blocks ports. Could you provide more information? Please share the output of 'sh run'.
