whats the softwrae your coming from and going to ? did you try a standard .bin upgrade too ? just load it to flash set the boot statements and reload it
This information is not helpful. There are a lot of error messages and a lot of scenarios where an IOS upgrade doesn't work. I want to see the output from the time the command is entered up to the point of the error messages.
