Object-group Catalyst 9300 Fuji/Everest

Hello everyone. I have a problem with object-group command. I have Catalyst 9300-24T with Cisco IOS Software [Everest] Version 16.6.6. When I try to use "object-group" command I get %Unrecognized command. 
The same Catalyst 9300 but with Cisco IOS Software [Fuji] 16.9.4 support this command. 
I almost confident the problem is in Cisco IOS, but I can't find any information in Release Notes referenced to existing or removing this feature. 
Could you please give me a reference for information about "object-group" feature for using in ACL. If the problem in IOS, I will just upgrade my firmware, but before I have to know exactly. Thank you.
