Can we use only one 10G port for SVL Link and one 1G port for dual-active-detection link in stackwise virtual switch configuration .

It must be same 10g for both.

Why

If one link down the svl will remain UP

Note:- this only for SVL no need use PO for DAD

Model is cisco C9500-24Y4C

Yes, you can. You can use one or multiple for SVL. As for dual-active detection, the recommendation is actually one 1Gig link. Use Fast-hello where possible.

Thanks Reza

I want to use 1 10G port on both switches for SVL and 1 1G port for dual-active detection .

Yes, that should work just fine. Use a PO with one 10Gig.

all UPLINK DOWNLINK can used
BUT
I prefer use PO for SVL."" 2x10 G""

from cisco doc.
""Any port (Downlink: 10G/25G; Fixed Uplink: 40G/100G)"" <<-SVL
""Any port (Downlink: 1G/10G/25G; Fixed Uplink: 40G/100G)"" <<- DAD

So it is not mandatory to use 2 ports for SVL . what is the benefit of using 2 ports instead of one. Can I use one 10G and one 1G ports for SVL .or it should be either one or if multiple then it should be of same type of ports.

The reason for having 2 ports in PO for SVL is redundancy. So, if one fails, the other one is there to take over traffic forwarding but that is not mandatory and one 10Gig is more than enough to handle the traffic between the switches.
