Orange light flashing on GBIC port having Fiber Module

Hi

I have two 3750 switches installed and both switches are conncted via optical Fiber as both are in different offices.

On one of 3750 siwtch Orange light is flashing on GBIC port 25 This port has optical fiber GBIC module installed.

On other switch its Yellow light

I am not sure why the orange light is falshing and what would be the error

Is there any fix
